Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using this website, contacting SilversouLart, and requesting custom jewelry design, 3D modeling or related creative work.

Last updated: 2026

By accessing this website, sending an inquiry, requesting a quote, approving a design, or commissioning work from SilversouLart, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

Agreement

Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms apply to your use of this website and to any communication, inquiry, request, commission, design discussion, quote or project involving SilversouLart.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or request services from us.

About

What SilversouLart does

SilversouLart presents avant-garde jewelry design, hand-drawn concepts, 3D modeling, custom pieces, artistic jewelry objects and related creative services.

The exact scope of any work depends on the specific project, written communication, quote, invoice or agreement.

Website Use

Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful personal browsing, portfolio viewing and contacting SilversouLart. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, copy protected content, interfere with website operation, or use the website in a way that may cause damage to SilversouLart or others.

Inquiries

Contact and project requests

When you send an inquiry, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. We may ask follow-up questions before confirming whether a project is possible.

Sending a message does not create a binding agreement, order or obligation until the project is accepted and confirmed in writing.

Quotes

Prices and quotations

Prices may depend on design complexity, materials, size, 3D modeling time, number of revisions, production method, finishing, stones, shipping, taxes and other project-specific factors.

A quote is valid only for the period stated in the quote. If no period is stated, it may be changed or withdrawn before acceptance.

Custom Work

Custom-made and personalized pieces

Custom-made, made-to-order and personalized pieces are created specifically according to your request, direction, size, concept, symbol, initials, references or other personal preferences.

Because these works are individually created, they may be subject to different cancellation, return and refund conditions than ready-made products.

Approval

Design approval

A project may include sketches, concepts, renders, 3D previews or written descriptions for review. Once you approve a design stage, we may move forward with further modeling, production preparation or production.

After approval, major changes may require additional time, extra cost or a new quote.

Revisions

Changes and revisions

Small refinements may be included where agreed, but unlimited revisions are not included unless explicitly stated in writing. Requests that change the original direction, add complexity or require significant redesign may be charged separately.

We reserve the right to refuse changes that are technically unsuitable, unsafe, impossible to produce or inconsistent with the agreed project.

Payment

Deposits and payment

Some projects may require a deposit, partial payment or full payment before design work, 3D modeling, material purchase or production begins.

Deposits may be non-refundable once work has started, materials have been ordered, or production preparation has begun, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing.

Production

Timeframes and delays

Any timeline or delivery estimate is an estimate only unless expressly confirmed as binding in writing. Custom work may be affected by design complexity, production capacity, material availability, casting, finishing, shipping delays, illness, force majeure or other circumstances outside our control.

We will aim to communicate important delays where reasonably possible.

Materials

Materials, finishes and natural variation

Jewelry materials, finishes, textures, oxidization, stones, handmade details and polished surfaces may naturally vary. Images, sketches and renders are visual references and may not perfectly represent the final physical piece.

Small variations, tool marks, surface differences and natural material characteristics are not automatically defects.

Care

Jewelry care and wear

Jewelry can be affected by moisture, chemicals, perfume, cosmetics, sweat, impact, abrasion, storage conditions and normal wear. Tarnishing, scratches, surface changes or finish changes may occur over time.

You are responsible for using and storing jewelry with reasonable care.

Cancellation

Cancellations

Cancellation options depend on the project stage. If work has not yet started, cancellation may be possible. If design work, modeling, material ordering or production has started, cancellation may not be possible or may involve costs.

Custom and personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation once the creative or production process has begun, except where required by law.

Returns

Returns and refunds

Return and refund rights may depend on whether the item is ready-made, custom-made, personalized, used, damaged, altered, or produced according to your specifications.

Custom-made or clearly personalized goods may be excluded from the standard right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law, where legally permitted. This does not affect rights you cannot waive by law.

Delivery

Shipping and delivery

Shipping times, costs, customs duties, import taxes and delivery availability may vary depending on destination and courier. Unless stated otherwise, customs duties, import fees and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Risk and responsibility for delivery may depend on the agreed shipping method and applicable law.

Incorrect Information

Client-provided details

You are responsible for checking names, initials, symbols, sizes, spelling, measurements, addresses, references, material preferences and other information you provide.

SilversouLart is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect, incomplete or late information supplied by the customer.

References

Images, symbols and references you provide

If you send reference images, symbols, logos, initials, brand elements, drawings, photos or other material, you confirm that you have the right to provide and use them for the requested project.

You agree not to request designs that knowingly infringe another person’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity rights or legal rights.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of designs and content

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all sketches, drawings, renders, 3D models, concepts, design files, website content, photos, graphics, logo elements and visual identity remain the intellectual property of SilversouLart.

Purchasing a physical piece does not automatically transfer copyright, design rights, production files, 3D files, reproduction rights or commercial usage rights.

Use of Work

Portfolio and promotional use

Unless agreed otherwise, SilversouLart may photograph, display, publish or reference completed works, sketches, renders or process material for portfolio, website, social media, promotional or archival purposes.

If confidentiality is important for a specific project, this must be agreed in writing before work begins.

Prohibited Use

Copying and commercial use

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, resell, manufacture, 3D print, cast, distribute, train AI systems on, or create derivative works from SilversouLart designs, files, images, sketches or models without prior written permission.

Third Parties

External services and links

This website may link to third-party websites, social media platforms, payment providers, couriers or other services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, terms, privacy practices, delays, errors or availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SilversouLart will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or business-loss damages arising from website use, project delays, third-party services, visual differences, communication issues or reliance on website content.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.

Warranty

No guarantee beyond law

We aim to deliver careful creative work, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, that content will always be error-free, or that every design idea can be produced exactly as imagined.

Your mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Force Majeure

Events outside our control

SilversouLart is not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside reasonable control, including supply issues, courier delays, illness, technical failures, natural events, strikes, legal restrictions, accidents or other force majeure events.

Privacy

Personal information

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. When you contact us or request a project, we may process information needed to reply, prepare a quote, manage the project, keep records and comply with legal duties.

GDPR requires privacy information to be provided in a concise, transparent and easily accessible way. :contentReference[oaicite:1]{index=1}

Changes

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Law

Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. If a disagreement occurs, both sides should first try to resolve it through clear written communication.

Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you under your local law.
